Easy Gluten Free Vegetarian Stir-fry

Baby zucchini
Broccoli
Red, yellow & Green Peppers
Snow Peas
Shiitake Mushrooms
Annie Chun's Gluten Free Teriyaki or Homemade recipe

Stir-fry all of the cut up vegetables in a little bit of olive oil. Serve with brown rice.


Ginger Powder
My Homemade Teriyaki:
Liquid Aminos
Water
Onion powder
Minced and sauteed garlic or powdered garlic
Sesame seeds
Ginger powder
Black pepper

Give a quick twirl in a food processor bottle and refrigerator.
